Yesterday saw the surprise release of a new Marvel Studios trailer hyping the upcoming releases of Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Eternals, which feature the first footage of the latter film. Aside from some concept art and toy leaks, it was also the first official look at the movie that was meant to arrive last year. Instead, it will hit theaters this November and reveal new secrets of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Jolie is among the all-star cast alongside Salma Hayek, Kumail Nanjiani and Gemma Chan.

While the film is only six months away at this point, it's not clear when Marvel will begin properly promoting it. Black Widow is the studio's first priority, but fans have been seeing footage from the movie for quite some time as it was supposed to debut not long after the pandemic began. Shang-Chi, which now arrives in September after yet another release date change, received its first teaser last month. A full trailer is likely still on the way, possibly in conjunction with July's release of Black Widow. As such, it could still be quite a while before Marvel sets up their third film of the year.
