Marvel's Enter the Phoenix Variants Tease the Next Wielder of the Phoenix Force

Marvel Comics is teasing the next host of the Phoenix Force in a set of special variant covers for the Avengers' Enter the Phoenix story arc.

Marvel Comics will release a host of Phoenix Force-themed variant covers for "Enter the Phoenix," an upcoming storyline in Avengers. The variants feature different members of Earth's Mightiest Heroes wielding the power of the Phoenix, with one hero destined to become the cosmic entity's newest host.

Artists working on the "Enter the Phoenix" variant covers are Salvador Larroca, Kris Anka, Aaron Kuder, Declan Shalvey and Taurin Clarke.
