A new promo from Disney+ uses Marvel Studios' "it's all connected" in relation to the various Netflix Marvel series now on the platform.

On Instagram, Disney+ shared a series of images highlighting the various Netflix Marvel shows that are now on the platform. The first Netflix Marvel series, Daredevil, premiered in 2015. It was followed by Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. Those shows culminated in The Defenders, which brought those titular superheroes together to take on the villainous Hand. In 2018, Netflix began canceling those series, beginning with Iron Fist. While there was initially some hope that that show, which was in general the most critically maligned of the various Netflix Marvel series, would be the only one canceled, the streaming service ended the rest in the following months. Earlier this year, those shows moved over from Netflix to Disney+.

While initially envisioned as canon to the MCU, there has been some question in recent years whether the Netflix Marvel series are actually part of that shared universe. Still, Vincent D'Onofrio, who played Wilson Fisk/Kingpin in Daredevil, later reprised his role in 2021's Hawkeye. Additionally, Charlie Cox also returned as Matt Murdock/Daredevil in 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home. Earlier this year, it was also confirmed Cox would return for a new Daredevil series for Disney+. It's not totally clear at this time just time if, or how, the series will connect to the Netflix show.

Disney+ is the streaming platform for the titular entertainment company. Since launching in 2019, Disney has made a ton of original content for the platform, with Marvel Studios launching its own line of streaming series. The first Marvel Studios TV series was WandaVision, which aired in 2021. The most recent of which is Ms. Marvel, for which Disney releases new episodes on Wednesdays.

Netflix's Marvel TV series are all available to stream now on Disney+. The Daredevil reboot does not have a release date at the time of writing.
