Marvel Comics provided CBR with an exclusive preview of Edge of Spider-Verse #4, which debuts Spinstress, a new Disney princess-inspired Spider character.
The first story in the collection, "The Last Laugh," focuses on Spider-Ham. Written by Jordan Blum, illustrated by Michael Shelfer, colored by Rico Renzi and lettered by VC's Joe Caramagna, the show casts Spider-Ham as a sort of parody of gritty, dark heroes such as Bruce Wayne/Batman.
The second story, "Once Upon a Spider: The Spinstress Princess," takes place on Earth-423 and was written by David Hein, illustrated by Luciano Vecchio, colored by Brian Reber and lettered by Caramagna. In the story, Spinstress makes her way through a crowded marketplace in disguise as a normal girl. She later attends a ball with her friend, Webster the spider, and meets Merry James Watson.
Finally, the third story in the preview focuses on Sun-Spider. Written by Tee Franklin, illustrated by Jethro Morales, colored by Chris Sotomayor and lettered by Caramagna, the preview page serves more as an introduction to the character. Also known as Charlotte "Charlie" Webber, Sun-Spider has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and uses a wheelchair.

One additional story, "Drive You Crazy," by writer Dan Slott, artiist Ty Templteson, colorist Dono Sanchez-Almara and lettered Caramagna, focuses on Spider-Mobile, but does not appear in this exclusive.
