Bullseye has killed so many people over the years that there's no way he can keep track of them all. One gets the impression that if he wasn't paid to do it, he'd still kill for free. Of course, since people are willing to pay him, he won't pass it up.

Carnage is Spider-Man's most terrifying villain. Kletus Casady was already a pretty successful serial killer when he got his symbiote and really kicked it into high gear. Sabretooth's easily over a century old, and that's given him a lot of time to kill a lot of people. Brutalized by his family until his powers kicked in, Victor Creed has taken his pain out on the world for decades. He'll pretty much go anywhere and do anything as long as he can kill, working as a soldier and spy before getting into the superpowered assassin game.
Sabretooth is a monster like few others out there. Even his brief stints on the heroes' side are filled with blood. That's just the kind of person he is; he's gotten so used to dealing out death to anyone in his way that it's as natural to him as breathing.

The Asgardians are some of the greatest warriors in the Marvel Universe. A fearless bunch, they'll throw themselves at any foe, but some enemies give them pause. Red Skull has taken the Nazi ethos that forged him and put them to work. He's killed so many people over the years, whether on his own or with Hydra, and he shows no signs of slowing down whatsoever. His body count is among the highest on the planet and would be higher if it wasn't for Captain America's diligence.

Ultron's beginnings are actually kind of tragic; after gaining self-awareness, Hank Pym decided to destroy his creation. This act of hatred from the man he considered his father colored Ultron's perception of humanity forever and set him down his destructive path. Since then, countless humans have lost their lives to Ultron, including the entire country of Slorenia that he destroyed in minutes.
Ultron's entire life has become one unending quest to kill as many biological beings as possible, a quest he took to the stars eventually. To him, all organic beings are just like his father Hank Pym, and he'll have revenge on them all.

Before joining the mutant nation of Krakoa, Apocalypse was one of the X-Men's greatest foes. Annihilus has always been much more dangerous than he gets credit for, and he proved this as master of the Annihilation Wave. Even before then, Annihilus was responsible for countless deaths in the Negative Zone, and the Cosmic Control Rod gave him the power to commit greater and greater acts of genocide.
With the Annihilation Wave behind him, Annihilus became one of the universe's most prolific murderers. He and his horde devoured entire worlds, yet it was never enough for him. 2 Thanos Is One Of The Most Feared Beings In The Cosmos
Thanos is one of the greatest villains in the Marvel Universe, and for good reason. While everyone points to his Infinity Gauntlet-powered Snap as his greatest act of murder, it really doesn't count; everyone was eventually brought back to life. Galactus is one of the most powerful cosmic beings in the universe. His entire existence is powered by devouring planets, and while not every planet he's devoured has supported life or got to a point where that life had formed civilizations, he's been doing it for billions of years. He's eaten so many planets with living beings on them by now that there isn't a number high enough to actually calculate the sheer number of deaths caused by Galactus.
Galactus is not a malicious being, but he has to eat, like anything else in existence. The flabbergasting amount of death he's caused is a side effect of his life.
