Marvel Comics is reviving the characters who debuted in Infinity Warps for a six-part story taking place across six different annuals: Secret Warps.

The publisher announced the comics at this weekend's C2E2 in Chicago. Al Ewing will write the various issues. Although it's not yet known with which artists he'll collaborate, Secret Warps: Arachknight Annual #1 will feature Carlos Villa on art, and Carlos Gomez will provide covers for the six comics. Each of the six annuals will focus on a different Infinity Warps character. Those characters are Soldier Supreme, Weapon Hex, Arach-Knight, Ghost Panther and Iron Hammer. The event starts in July.

Infinity Warps was the result of Gamora tampering with the laws of reality during the recent Infinity Wars event. By folding the universe in half, a number of characters were combined, resulting in some pretty bizarre mash-ups.

This year's C2E2 has already brought a variety of announcements from Marvel, including for Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman's Absolute Carnage and Mark Waid, Javier Rodriguez and Alvaro Lopez's The History of the Marvel Universe. There will also be a new Marvels one-shot from original creators Kurt Busiek and Alex Ross. As the weekend progresses, there are sure to be even more announcements.
