With the worldwide launch of their streaming service less than a month away, Disney is getting fans well prepared for what they'll be able to watch. Just the other day, the Disney+ Twitter page dropped a massive thread of everything that'll be available to stream on November 12.

As a property of Disney, Marvel obviously has tons of content going up on the service. Ranging from the cartoons of the early 80s all the way up to the soon-to-be-released MCU spinoff series, there'll be a huge selection of both good and bad Marvel TV to watch. With 22 options to choose from, check out ten of the best Marvel animated series you should watch once Disney+ officially launches.

10 Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes

It's no secret that most on-screen adaptations of Marvel's first family have turned out rather lackluster. However, that excludes some of the animated attempts at bringing the Fantastic Four to life. From 2006 to 2010, Marvel and Cartoon Network teamed up to produce Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes.

The series has a very anime-like feel to it in terms of animation and action. The portrayals of the four main characters are very similar to those of the Tim Story films, but still bring their own unique twists of the heroes. To go along with a solid depiction of Doctor Doom, the show offers a much more grounded feel to the heroes by basing them entirely out of New York. Of the two Fantastic Four shows available on Disney+, this is, without a doubt, the one to watch.

9 Silver Surfer

Despite being one of the more intriguing Marvel characters as well as one of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby's favorites, the Silver Surfer has never really gotten the on-screen attention he deserves. Although we saw a great version of Norrin Radd in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, the film never really focused much on the character itself.

Luckily, there has been one attempt at bringing more on-screen depth to the Silver Surfer. Back in 1998, Marvel produced the Silver Surfer animated series, following the character as he deals with his cosmic master, Galactus. Unfortunately, the show only was produced for one season as the second was shut down due to financial struggles.

8 Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends

Throughout the history of Marvel animation, Spider-Man has undoubtedly been the most recurring hero. In the early 1980s, Marvel television decided to portray the web-slinger in one of his first real team-up scenarios.

Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends follows a rather unorthodox collection of heroes including Peter Parker's Spider-Man, Iceman and Firestar. Following their adventures as student heroes, the series also features some narration from the legendary Stan Lee. Even though this may not be the greatest animated portrayal of Spider-Man, it's still more than worth it to check it out.

7 The Incredible Hulk (1996)

The Hulk is probably one of the harder Marvel characters to perfect in either film or television. However, The Incredible Hulk of the late 90s was actually one of the better on-screen interpretations we've ever seen of Bruce Banner.

The show mainly deals with the character's isolated life, as he tries to balance his dual personalities. A fairly typical Hulk narrative. The series did offer a somewhat darker tone for the character, which actually heavily benefits his overall complexity. Between the decent animation and cutting edge storyline, The Incredible Hulk offers one of the best interpretations of the character.

6 Guardians Of The Galaxy (2015 Series)

There seems to be a general consensus that Guardians of the Galaxy is one of the more heavily favored MCU films. Well, if you enjoyed the movie then you'll enjoy the animated series. After the success of James Gunn's movie, Marvel animated those guardians across three seasons and 77 episodes dating back to 2015. Following the original and fantastic group of Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket, Groot, and Drax, the Guardians of the Galaxy series is a must-watch for any MCU fan.

5 The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

The Avengers from Earth's Mightiest Heroes standing together.

Believe it or not, the best of the Avengers isn't just found in the comics or the MCU. In fact, one of the best depictions of the superhero team we've all come to know and love is found in an animated series titled The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. While the first season focuses on a much smaller roster of heroes, season two appeals to those who cherish the massive team-up sequences.

Starting with a more familiar group led by Iron Man and Captain America, this version of the Avengers grows to encompass other groups as well, with small cameos from even the Guardians of the Galaxy. The beauty of this show is hidden in the character depth and complexity of relationships between the heroes. If you haven't seen or heard of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes but love just about any Avengers story you've ever read or watched, then this one is for you.

4 Spider-Man Unlimited

Spider-Man Unlimited was a fantastic Spidey series for a number of reasons. The animation was crisp, the story was interesting and new, and the villains were some of the most famous in Spider-Man's canon. Oh, and if all that isn't good enough, you get to see what it'd be like if the web-slinger wore a cape.

If you're looking for a Spider-Man series that pits Peter Parker against his symbiote enemies, then this is exactly what you're looking for. Plus, if you appreciate the comedic relief of J. Jonah Jameson then look no further. The negative of this one is that you'll only have one season to watch. The series was cut short after the 13th and final episode of its first season.

3 Wolverine And The X-Men

If you know anything about Marvel's vast arsenal of animated shows, then you knew the X-Men would find their way onto this list one way or another. Well, that brings us to Wolverine and the X-Men. This show is a beautiful series, appealing to the darker themes of the mutants we all know.

Following the beloved Wolverine trying to reconnect the shattered pieces of the X-Men in a world full of anti-mutant legislation, the series deals with some of the similar and infamous problems that we've seen the mutants deal with in other on-screen appearances. Again, the kicker here is that the series was canceled after just one terrific season. You can thank the always-cohesive Marvel and Fox relationship for that one.

2 Spider-Man (1994)

These next two are a bit of a toss-up. Both are brilliant in their own way and are widely considered the elite of Marvel animation, but it basically just depends on your preference of characters. So, let's talk about the 1990s adaption of Spider-Man. To start, the series has one of the most iconic themes of any animated series ever produced.

Along with an amazing catalog of characters, this version of Spider-Man brings the action from page to screen. A good deal of the stories are adapted directly from old Spidey comics and are done so beautifully. The four-year run of the series gave us five seasons of brilliant material, and of everything you watch upon the release of Disney+, this should be towards the top of your list.

1 X-Men (1992)

You may have realized already that the 90s were an iconic era for Marvel animation. Along with Spider-Man, the X-Men were given their very own title series. Similar to Spidey's, this show adapted its fair share of comic books, including some of the most popular storylines. One of the best parts of the show was its ability to put it all on the line, not leaving out even the darkest of X-Men stories.

There's plenty to be said about the greatness of this X-Men series. However, the best thing is that you put this atop your watch list once it hits Disney+. By the way, this series has what might be the most stunning opening sequence of any Marvel show ever produced.
