Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development, Ryan Meinerding, recently shared an early concept design of the Hulk from 2017's Thor: Ragnarok.

Shared on Instagram, the image showed Hulk in a blue and black ensemble that strongly resembled the Gladiator Hulk outfit worn by the character in Greg Pak's Planet Hulk. "Here is a slight alternate design for Hulk from Thor: Ragnarok," Meinerding said of the design. "Always amazing working on this guy."
