Marvel has officially revealed the merchandise that will be available at its both at Comic-Con International in San Diego next week.
The SDCC 2019 Marvel product lineup includes several different t-shirts, many of which contain references to Marvel Studios' recently-released blockbuster Avengers: Endgame. For instance, there is a shirt with the now-famous Captain America-related line "America's Ass," which is jokingly censored by a piece of masking tape that reads "...language," a reference to Cap's apparent anti-profanity sentiment in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Other Endgame-related shirts include one that reads, "I am inevitable" and features Thanos; one that reads, "I am Iron Man" and features Tony Stark's Infinity Gauntlet; the quote, "Part of the journey is the end" made up of the various Marvel film title cards; an "Asgardians of the Galaxy" shirt; as well as another Iron Man-centric shirt that reads, "I love you 3000."
Other shirts that will be available at Marvel's booth feature such characters as Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, Thor and Deadpool. Additionally, fans in attendance can also get their hands on various Marvel-themed all spirit jerseys, an arc reactor lanyard and Marvel Netflix auction catalogue sets.
Of course, what would Comic-Con be without comics? Marvel has that department covered as well with multiple SDCC-exclusive books, including a blank art board variant for Black Cat #1, a Mondo variant for Avengers #21, a JTC fluorescent variant for Uncanny X-Men #21, a J.S. Campbell glow-in-the-dark variant for Captain Marvel #7 and a Skottie Young variant for Miles Morales: Spider-Man #8. Moreover, Marvel Unlimited Plus members and Marvel Mastercard cardholders will have the chance to win an "exclusive, ultra rare" Immortal Hulk #21 variant, which comes from artist Todd Nauck and features a showdown between the Hulk and Thanos.
Another major part of Marvel's SDCC product line is the various collectible pins that will be available. Marvel's 2019 pin packs include an Avengers pin set that includes Ant-Man, Wasp, Iron Man, Thor and the Hulk; an X-Men pin set that includes Beast, Iceman, Cyclops and Professor X; a Spider-Verse pin set that includes Miles Morales, black-suited Peter Parker, Spider-Gwen and Spider-Ham; and a Guardians of the Galaxy pin set that includes Gamora, Star-Lord, Drax, Rocket and Groot.
A blind pack that contains two random pins of Marvel heroes will also be available. The pins fans can potentially pull from these blind packs include Wolverine, Scarlet Witch, Shuri, Black Widow, Ironheart, Storm, Captain America, Bucky, Gambit, Kingpin, Namor, Doctor Strange, Silver Surfer, Daredevil and Falcon.
