Marvel Comics has revealed a new series of "Timeless Heroes" variant covers from veteran artist Alex Ross for certain titles going on sale this September. Each cover features a portrait of an iconic Marvel hero, painted in Ross' trademark, hyper-realistic style.

At this time, The House of Ideas has offered a look at four different variants for Fantastic Four #24, each of which features a different founding member of Marvel's first family. The publisher has also revealed Ross variants for Fantastic Four: Antithesis #2, Immortal She-Hulk #1, Iron Man #1 and X-Factor #4, featuring the Silver Surfer, She-Hulk, Iron Man and Angel, respectively.
