Marvel has announced 23 special variant covers will be released for its upcoming event, Acts of Evil, all of which feature a bad guy on full display.
Dubbed "Bring on the Bad Guys" covers, the variants for Acts of Evil will feature original pieces from many talented artists, including Declan Shalvey, Mike McKone, Inhyuk Lee, Mark Brooks and more.
Marvel's Acts of Evil is based on an event from the '90s called Acts of Vengeance. The idea for Acts of Vengeance was simple, yet fun; a group of Marvel villains got together and decided to trade their usual targets to catch heroes off-guard. Acts of Evil has a similar concept, but with a different set of heroes and villains.
Acts of Evil will begin in July.
