Dunn's deposition appeared to be be supportive of Waid's defense. 5 / 8

Dunn claimed that he made the decision himself and that Waid had no influence. 6 / 8

Waid's attorney, Mark Zaid, also moved to dismiss the claim on jurisdictional issues. 7 / 8

Zaid argued Texas had no jurisdiction over Waid, so the Texas lawsuit should be dismissed. 8 / 8
