Today was the last day of C2E2 2020, which featured a question and answer session with Avengers: Endgame star Mark Ruffalo.While speaking at the Q&A, Ruffalo mentioned that he believes Parasite director Bong Joon-ho would be an excellent choice to direct a Marvel movie.RELATED: Parasite Passes Dark Knight as Letterboxd's Most 5 Star-Rated Film

Ruffalo also confirmed that he is in talks to star in the television adaptation of the critically acclaimed international film. The series is set to air on HBO and will feature original director Bong Joon-ho in some capacity. Plot details are not available, but it is believed it would be a short limited series.

Parasite made history at this year's Academy Award by being the first international film to take home the top prize of Best Picture. The thriller also took home awards for Best Director, Best International Feature Film and Best Original Screenplay. The movie was also nominated for Best Production Design and Best Film Editing. It recently passed The Dark Knight as Letterboxd's most 5-star rated film of all time.

Directed by Bong Joon-ho, Parasite stars Song Kang-ho, Lee Sun-kyun, Cho Yeo-jeong, Choi Woo-shik and Park So-dam. The film is available on digital, Blu-ray and DVD.
