The Big Bang Theory, CBS's most-watched show outside of football, will soon wrap its 11th season with a finale that features the wedding of Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik). The network has now released a list of the event's returning and new guest stars, which includes Mark Hamill.

It's possible the Star Wars icon will appear as himself in the episode. After all, plenty of famous celebrities have guest starred as themselves on the hit comedy, including Stephen Hawking, Battlestar Galactica's Katee Sackhoff, Adam West, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Carrie Fisher and James Earl Jones. Wil Wheaton has a recurring role as himself, a geeky frenemy to Sheldon.

Some speculate Hamill may even be the one to marry the happy couple, making for an uber-geeky pop-culture ceremony.

Other new guest stars without assigned roles are Kathy Bates and Teller of Penn & Teller fame. Jerry O'Connell guest stars for the first time as Sheldon's older brother, George Jr. Returning guest stars are Laurie Metcalf as Sheldon's mother and Courtney Henggeler as his sister Missy. Lauren Lapkus from Orange Is the New Black has a recurring guest role as of the April 19th episode and will appear in the finale, perhaps as a new love interest to the remaining single friend, Raj (Kunal Nayyar).

The Big Bang Theory Season 11 finale will air Thursday, May 10, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
