Mark Hamill Pays Tribute to "Star Wars" Co-Star Kenny Baker

Mark Hamill, who starred alongside Kenny Baker in three "Star Wars" films, paid tribute to the R2-D2 actor, who passed this morning after a long illness.

"Goodbye #KennyBaker," the Luke Skywalker actor wrote on Twitter. "A lifelong loyal friend-I loved his optimism & determination He WAS the droid I was looking for!"

Aside from the three feature films -- "A New Hope," "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi" -- the two also appeared together on "The Star Wars Holiday Special" and in an episode of "The Muppet Show."
