An outtake interview segment featuring Katee Sackhoff following her recent appearance on The Mandalorian revealed her to be slightly infatuated over fellow Mandalorian guest-star Timothy Olyphant."In celebration of Life Day, here's an outtake of [Sackhoff] and I just sweating over space daddy Timothy Olyphant," ET's Ash Crossan tweeted. In their discussion, Sackhoff confessed to being a big fan of the Deadwood actor and even ran into Olyphant while testing out the costume for her character, Bo-Katan Kryze. "I went on set and Tim was working and that to me was just… I was blown away," she explained. "I saw one of his scenes and sort of saw what it was about and as, a fan of the lore, I sort of knew what was coming. So it was really cool to see Boba Fett."RELATED: Katee Sackhoff Drunk-Tweets in Celebration of Her Mandalorian Debut

This led to Sackhoff and Crossan agreeing on Olyphant's "Space Daddy" sex appeal -- namely how well his hips move while in costume. As Sackhoff put it, "he really does that gunslinger well where he just… there's something about a gun on his hips."

Both Sackhoff and Olyphant's appearances in Season 2 of The Mandalorian stand out for further incorporating elements of Star Wars' literary and animated Clone Wars mythos into the live-action timeline. Olyphant's character, Cobb Vanth, first appeared in Chuck Wendig's Aftermath trilogy and follows close to his novel characterization as a Tatooine resident who, after purchasing some Mandalorian armor from local Jawas, becomes sheriff of the town of Mos Pelgo. His armor happened to belong to former bounty hunter Boba Fett, whom The Mandalorian also revealed to be alive.

Sackhoff, by comparison, voiced Bo-Katan on The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, marking the second major instance after Saw Gererra -- who first appeared in a Clone Wars story arc before being played/voiced by Forrest Whitaker in Rogue One, Rebels and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order -- that an original character from the animated series has received a live-action adaptation. Bo-Katan's actions further tie into events from her previous Clone Wars/Rebels narrative, such as tracking down Moff Gideon for the darksaber and pointing Mando in the direction of former Jedi Ahsoka Tano, who will be played by Rosario Dawson.

Created by Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito. New episodes arrive Fridays on Disney+.
