E! Online spoke with Zachary Levi about coming on to “Thor: The Dark World” as the new Fandral and his experience working with Chris Hemsworth.

“Josh Dallas played the role I’m playing, Fandral the Dashing, in the first film,” Levi told E! Online. “I was a little trepidatious about stepping into that because someone had already done it. But everyone’s embraced me wholeheartedly and been very cool. We shoot in London. I’ve spent more time there in the last five months than anywhere else. It’s been an incredible adventure.”

With Bryan Singer seemingly assembling many of the old “X-Men” cast back for “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” asked actor Alan Cumming if he was on tap to return as Nightcrawler for the film.

“I haven’t gotten the call,” Cumming told ComingSoon. “Someone told me that Nightcrawler doesn’t appear in the story but I don’t know, I think they would have called by now,” he told us before continuing, “It was funny that film because I really like it and everyone really responded to Nightcrawler and enough time has elapsed that I would like to go back to it. Although then when I did that film it was sort of the start of this spate of superhero and comic books made into films so it felt a little more special then it does now. X2 was a really great film, not just as a comic book film. I think it’s one of the films I’d been in that I think of as really good.”

Collider has some new info about J.J. Abrams’ “Star Trek Into Darkness,” including the name of Benedict Cumberbatch’s villainous character: John Harrison. While there doesn’t seem to be much with that name when it comes to Trek lore, it certainly could be a red herring.

Additionally, reports have begun to surface (courtesy Comic Book Movie) that Klingons will feature in the film. Also, Alice Eve’s character is rumored to be Carol Marcus, Kirk’s love interest and mother of his son in original Trek lore. She also created Project Genesis, which brought Spock back to life following his death in “Star Trek 2.”
