The newest trailer for "Man of Steel" hits! Joss Whedon teases his process for "The Avengers 2!" Michael Rooker joins the cast of "Guardians of the Galaxy!" Plus, "Amazing Spider-Man 2" and more!

MAN OF STEELThe new full-length trailer for "Man of Steel" hit yesterday evening after a Kryptonian countdown on IWillFindHim.com.

The Associated Press has a brief report of director Zack Snyder's appearance at CinemaCon, where he spoke briefly about his goals for the film.

"I wanted the movie to be a big movie-going experience, full of action, full of emotion and full of the biggest super hero in the world," Snyder said. "I wanted to give to the cinemas of the world a big, giant 'movie' movie."

THE AVENGERS 2Entertainment Tonight spoke with "The Avengers 2" director Joss Whedon about Phase Two of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." show and of course, the status of "The Avengers 2."

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXYSpeaking of Phase Two, Michael Rooker has been cast in James Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy," but not as the voice of Rocket Raccoon. "The Walking Dead" alum will play Yondu, a hunter from Centauri IV that co-founded the original incarnation in the comics.

IRON MAN 3According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Iron Man 3" will be the first 4D (yes, 4D) film to be shown in Japan. The 4DX theater will feature tilting seats, blowing wind, fog and "odor effects." While the technology is currently only in use in China, South Korea, Thailand, Russia, Mexico, Israel and countries in South America, there are plans to bring the format to the U.S. later this year.
