Earlier in the week, we reported on a mysterious new project that filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan has been shopping around to film studios with actors Bruce Willis, Gwyneth Paltrow and Bradley Cooper loosely attached to star. No details were known at the time, but some new information has come to light since then.
The plot, in general terms, according to Deadline:
I'm told Bradley Cooper would play a father on a desperate search for his missing child. It might stray into Taken terrain, but the father taps into some supernatural powers to aid the search.
A supernatural Taken directed by M. Night Shyamalan and starring Bradley Cooper in the Liam Neeson role? Interesting. The addition of Willis and Paltrow has my curiosity piqued even further. Deadline reports that the project is likely to wind up at Universal, but there's no official deal yet.
Stay tuned for more information as we get it.
