WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Love of Kill Episode 10, "Help," now streaming on Crunchyroll.

Ryang-Ha Song and Chateau Dankworth have become a reluctant team against their many enemies, such as the aggressive assassin Hou, and in recent Love of Kill episodes, the two of them confront their most dangerous enemy yet, the manipulative Mr. Donny, who wants Ryang-Ha captured at any cost. Chateau has never faced a threat like this before.

In Episode 10, Chateau and her yandere would-be lover Ryang-Ha escape the clutches of Mr. Donny and his young assassins, but they aren't in the clear just yet. Chateau questions once again whether she really belongs with Ryang-Ha Song, and flashbacks suggest that Mr. Donny has a great interest in Chateau's original family, the Nobles. He definitely wants something from her.

In Episode 10, Ryang-Ha Song and Chateau escape Mr. Donny's compound and take shelter with a few friendly homeless men before resuming their journey in the city. There, Ryang-Ha resumes acting like Chateau's lovestruck friend, but Chateau seems reluctant to play along, and that bothers Ryang-Ha. It's true that Ryang-Ha can act obnoxiously as an overbearing, self-appointed bodyguard for Chateau, but the two of them have been through too much together to give up now. With Mr. Donny and his thugs out there, Chateau's best option is to stick with Ryang-Ha, even if he annoys her, and find a solution together.

Chateau reviews what she knows about Mr. Donny and his home base, and she determines that they are indeed dangerous -- investigating them won't be easy. She and Ryang-Ha have their work cut out for them, and they will only succeed if they trust one another and make a commitment. At least, that's how Ryang-Ha sees it, and he impresses this upon Chateau to get her spirits up. He is determined to protect her and take down their mutual enemies, and he wants Chateau to stand by his side as an equal.

Neither of them can succeed alone, but flashbacks later in Episode 10 suggest that this Ryang-Ha might also be a problem for Chateau -- or at least, he isn't entirely trustworthy. He is wild and unpredictable, and his role in Chateau's life still isn't entirely clear. Perhaps Chateau really is right to doubt him.

It's not yet entirely clear how Ryang-Ha Song, the original Ryang-Ha Song, Chateau and Mr. Donny are connected, but Episode 10's flashbacks fill in a few more pieces of this puzzle, and they show that this new Ryang-Ha Song is a total enigma to the people around him, and he's not easy to predict either. In the flashback, the original Ryang-Ha Song accepts a mission from Mr. Donny to escort a certain Liszt Noble to Barosela, where Mr. Donny's compound is located.

Ryang-Ha makes his way through a maze of warehouses and slums until he runs afoul of a few dangerous men, and halfway through the battle, he runs into the imposter Ryang-Ha. The two boys make their way through the maze of warehouses, with the original Ryang-Ha determined to finish his mission and the imposter simply tagging along. It's currently unknown where the imposter came from, whether he met Ryang-Ha by accident or by design, or whether someone sent him there.

This flashback shows that Mr. Donny has a connection to the Noble family, and in the flashback, he evidently intends to meet up with Mr. Noble for one reason or another, and not necessarily for a friendly reason. The original Ryang-Ha also has a connection to the young Chateau Noble, who spends the flashback hidden inside a closet, armed with a pistol someone had given her. It's unclear if Mr. Donny also has business with the young Chateau, or whether he wants to protect her, harm her or something in between.

However, given the other flashbacks in Love of Kill, it's likely that Mr. Donny had ill intentions with the Noble family, including Chateau, and the imposter Ryang-Ha shot the original dead so he could free Chateau Noble from Mr. Donny's grasp. Whether the imposter Ryang-Ha acted as a noble rescuer or simply out of self-interest is uncertain, and it's possible that Chateau being with him is simply the lesser of two evils. Either way, Chateau had better watch her back and be careful about whom she trusts. With Euripedes out of the picture, she has few allies she can rely on right now.
