Louis C.K. and Albert Brooks will write, executive produce and voice the main characters of an as-yet-untitled animated comedy on FX. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the pilot will be a collaboration between FX Productions and studio-based C.K.'s Pig Newton banner. No details have been released about the series.

C.K. has several collaborative projects in the works: "Baskets"and "Better Things," which he is producing; Amazon's Tig Notaro series, which is executive producing; and the sixth season of his show "Louie." Brooks provided the voice of Marlin in "Finding Nemo" and will returns for the follow up, "Finding Dory." He has also appeared in "Drive" and "Taxi Driver."

This will be C.K. and Brooks' second animated collaboration, as both stars lent their voices to Universal's upcoming "The Secret Lives of Pets," which opens on July 8.
