Jorge Garcia plans to ride with Adam Sandler's posse.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Lost and Alcatraz alum will polish his six shooters and comedy chops in The Ridiculous Six. A Western spoof produced and co-written by Sandler for Netflix, the film also stars Sandler, Luke Wilson, Nick Nolte, Terry Crews, Taylor Lautner and Rob Schneider.

Sandler and director Frank Coraci previously worked together on The Waterboy, The Wedding Singer, Click and Blended. Sandler teamed with another longtime collaborator, Tim Herlihy (Billy Madison, Pixels), to write the script.

The comedy was originally eyed by Warner Bros., but when Netflix announced an exclusive, four-picture deal with Sandler in October, the studio bailed. It also didn't help that Sandler's last film Blended and Seth MacFarlane's Western comedy A Million Ways to Die in the West didn't do as well as expected.

Filming on The Ridiculous Six will kick off this month in New Mexico. A release date has hasn't been announced.
