Fox has released promotional images from the March 14 episode of "Gotham," an installment titled "This Ball of Mud and Meanness." The images show what guest star Lori Petty will look like when she makes her debut on the pre-Batman drama -- and she looks a lot like the Joker.

Petty was cast in the role back in November. Her character is named Jerri and was described at the time as the "flamboyant and enigmatic hostess of an underground club where mass murder and art are celebrated in equal measure." Judging by these pics, that description appears to be apt.

The "Gotham" episode's synopsis reads:

Alfred and Selina help Bruce on his quest to find his parents' killer, Matches Malone (guest star Michael Bowen). Meanwhile, Gordon follows up with Edward Nygma on Kristen Kringle's whereabouts and Hugo Strange (guest star BD Wong) continues his treatment to reduce Penguin's aggression.

Petty is most known for appearing in numerous popular and cult classic films from the '90s, including "Point Break," "A League of Their Own," "Free Willy," "Poetic Justice" and "In the Army Now." She also starred in the live-action adaptation of the comic book "Tank Girl." Petty also voiced Livewire in "Superman: The Animated Series" and "The New Batman Adventures." She's recently been featured on the Netflix series "Orange is the New Black."

"Gotham" airs on Mondays at 8 PM ET on Fox.
