During WandaVision, Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch proved just how powerful she was by distorting reality and turning it into a sitcom. As a result of her powers, Wanda may just be one of the biggest threats in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's future, and that means there are certainly going to be a lot of people gunning for her. In this video, we're going to go into why we think the Time Variance Authority from Disney+'s Loki may just be looking to take Scarlet Witch out sooner rather than later so as to preserve the Sacred Timeline.

Check out the video below for more on the theory that the TVA wants to destroy Scarlet Witch.

Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, it's not totally clear just what shape the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will take. While there's a good indication the characters that Disney acquired from 21st Century Fox will soon arrive, there's not much solid information on just when or how that might happen. Right now, there are a lot of potential directions the MCU could go in the future, though exactly which one it will take remains to be seen. That being said, Loki will seemingly link in some way to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, even if how isn't known at this time. Plus, considering that Scarlet Witch is set to appear in that movie, the connection here with Loki may just be a good one.

Loki stars Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Lexus Renslayer, Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15 and Sophia Di Martino, Richard E. Grant, Sasha Lane and Eugene Cordero. New episodes air Wednesdays on Disney+.
