Loki's First Season Brings Massive Change to the MCU

As part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Loki follows the titular character as he has misadventures through time and space as a member of the Time Variance Authority, a mysterious and heavily bureaucratic organization that monitors the timeline for anomalies. The first season, which premiered on Disney+ in June 2021, introduced many new characters to the MCU like Tara Strong's Miss Minutes, Owen Wilson's Mobius M. Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw's Ravonna, Sophia Di Martino's Sylvie and, of course, Jonathan Major's He Who Remains -- better known as Kang the Conqueror, one of Marvel's most notorious villains.

Moreover, Season 2 of Loki is set to introduce even more new faces. Most notably, Everything Everywhere All At Once star Ke Huy Quan will join the cast as a character called "B-O," a member of the TVA in charge of tech. Quan shared his excitement about joining the project on a recent episode of the Happy Sad Confused podcast, stating, "All I can say is that I had the most amazing time, and I'm so grateful for it. I've been a fan of a lot of Marvel movies, dating back to the first one, the Iron Man."
