Lois Lane is coming back to the Arrowverse -- and she won't be coming alone.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Elizabeth Tulloch will reprise her role as Lois Lane in the highly anticipated crossover event, "Crisis on Infinite Earths." But perhaps of even more interest to DC fans, the outlet confirms Lois' return will include the debut of her and Clark's child.
While the identity of the baby has yet to be confirmed, fans expect he will be revealed to be Jon Kent, the super-couple's son from the comics. In the source material, the young Jon Kent is a half-human, half-Kryptonian boy who possesses the abilities of his father. Though he is barely a teenager, he helps protect the world as Superboy.
Tulloch debuted as the Arroverse's Lois Lane during last fall's "Elseworlds" crossover. The character played an integral part in helping Superman, Supergirl, Green Arrow and the Flash stop John Deegan's reality-altering plot. The end of "Elseworlds" revealed that Lois was pregnant, something that led to her and Superman leaving Earth behind for a while to have the baby in Argo City.
Scheduled to air this fall on The CW, "Crisis on Infinite Earths" will envelope Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash, DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman.
