Logan: X-23 Unleashes Killer Moves in New TV Spots

An aging Logan and a young Laura face their futures, and their pasts, in three new teasers.

Dafne Keen's Laura -- aka X-23 -- goes claws out in three new promos for "Logan," Hugh Jackman's purported final appearance as Wolverine.

While all three TV spots showcase previously seen footage from the film, the first one offers new glimpses of the ferocious young mutant displaying some killer fighting moves, alongside her mentor Logan. Although we're led to believe the girl is critical to saving the mutant race, the commercials don't reveal how or why.

Directed by James Mangold, “Logan” is set in the near future, years after the epilogue of 2014’s “X-Men: Days of Future Past.” In it, a weary Logan, whose healing factor is failing, cares for an ailing Professor X in a hideout on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, pursued by dark forces.

Opening March 3, the film stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant, Dafne Keen, Eriq La Salle, Elise Neal and Elizabeth Rodriguez.
