Fitting for a film that has parceled out behind-the-scenes images on Instagram, "Logan" has launched a promotional website that promises to release its final trailer one frame at a time.

Debuting this morning, 1974 Frames of Logan invites fans to sign up to receive a custom limited-edition postcard depicting a single frame from "Logan's" final trailer. When the postcard arrives in the mail, fans are invited to share them online with the hashtag #OneLastTime, a reference to star Hugh Jackman's ninth and final appearance as Wolverine.

The number 1974 is a nod to Wolverine's first appearance, in Marvel Comics' "The Incredible Hulk" #180-181, published in 1974.

Directed by James Mangold from a screenplay he wrote with Michael Green and Scott Frank, is set years after the epilogue of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" as Logan, whose healing factor is starting to fail, and Charles Xavier, who suffers from memory problems, must protect a young girl named Laura (aka X-23) from sinister forces.
