New Logan Pics Offer Better Look At Film's Villains

Hot on the heels of the recently released "Logan" Super Bowl spot and its first clip, Fox has now released five new images from Hugh Jackman's final outing as Wolverine.

The most striking pic of the bunch gives fans their first good look at Richard E. Grant as Dr. Zander Rice. Dedicated X-fans will know Rice has familial connections to the Weapon X project, but his key role in the comics, and likely in "Logan" too, is his pivotal role in the creation of Wolverine clone X-23 (Dafne Keen.)

A fierce-looking X-23 also manages to claim the foreground in one of the other images, against a backdrop of 10 Reavers coming to get her.

The third image gives fans a better look at the film's other main villain, Donald Pierce (Boyd Holbrook) looking a bit less clean shaven, and a lot less maniacal than his comics equivalent.

The final two images show Logan (Hugh Jackman) and Professor X (Patrick Stewart,) both looking somewhat the worse for wear. As Indy said in "Raiders of the Lost Ark," "It's not the years, honey. It's the mileage."

Directed by James Mangold, "Logan" stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant, Dafne Keen, Eriq La Salle, Elise Neal and Elizabeth Rodriguez. The film opens in theaters on March 3.
