Mark Hamill's Joker takes a well-deserved bow in the launch trailer for LEGO DC Super-Villains.
Arriving Tuesday from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment at TT Games, the video game is in the aftermath of the Justice League's disappearance, as Earth's protection falls to the Justice Syndicate, a team of purported heroes from a parallel universe. However, DC's super-villains, including The Joker, Lex Luthor, Harley Quinn, The Riddler and Deathstroke, soon realize the Justice Syndicate isn't as heroic as it claims. With that, it's up to one team of villains to save the Earth from the other team, if only to rule it themselves.
LEGO DC Super-Villains enables players create their own customizable characters, placing them in the center of the story as they lead the fight against the Justice Syndicate.
Hamill is joined in the voice cast by such veterans as Clancy Brown as Lex Luthor, Tara Strong as Harley Quinn, Michael Rosenbaum as The Flash, John Barrowman as Merlyn, C. Thomas Howell as Reverse-Flash, and Brandon Routh as Shazam.
LEGO DC Super-Villains arrives Tuesday, Oct. 16, for PlayStation4, Xbox One X, Nintendo Switch and PC.
