The second season of FX's Legion  is arriving soon, and Aubrey Plaza, who plays Lenny Busker on the show, has one message for you: Everything from the previous season was all in your head.

In a new promo for the upcoming season, Plaza dresses like a therapist and psychoanalyzes, well, all of us. It turns out, everything that happened in the original season was just the delusions of the viewer. David Haller was just who we wanted to be, and his friends were surrogates were the rogue parts of our psyche. Not even Plaza is real, it turns out. As for what's coming when Legion returns? Well, that's real, but as Plaza says with a smirk, "Let's save that for our next season."

It's clear the show isn't abandoning its surrealist roots and will once again be playing up Haller as an unreliable narrator. Now that David has unlocked the potential of his psychic powers, things are sure to get a lot more weird for him and his friends. And there's also the matter of the villainous Amahl Farouk, the Shadow King, who escaped last season in a new body.

Premiering April 3 on FX, Legion Season 2 will be 10 episodes. The series stars Dan Stevens as David Haller, Rachel Keller as Syd Barrett, Amber Midthunder as Kerry Loudermilk, Aubrey Plaza as Lenny Busker, Bill Irwin as Cary Loudermilk, Jeremie Harris as Ptonomy Wallace, Jean Smart as Dr. Melanie Bird and Jemaine Clement as Oliver Bird.
