Now that DC's Legends of Tomorrow has wrapped its third season, White Canary actor Caity Lotz has found herself fighting for another cause: body positivity. On Instragram, Lotz shared a photo of herself with a caption that makes a stand against body shaming.

"Some people think my body is too muscular, too skinny, too boyish. Some people will think it’s beautiful, powerful, sexy. Do I struggle with accepting my body type? Umm yes," she wrote. "Would I like having curves like [Sofia Vergara]? Umm yes, but if we all looked the same that would be boring. Like painting the sunset all in one color."

"All the 'right' curves in all the 'right' places? There is no right and wrong when it comes to the body God has given you. I see a lot of online body shaming, if someone’s body is not to your liking... keep it to yourself. It’s not your body and making people feel insecure won’t help them and it definitely won’t help you," she concluded, adding the hashtag #bodypositive.

Lotz posted the photo to the Shethority Instagram account, which she runs with fellow Arrowverse stars Maisie Richardson-Seller, Tala Ashe, Melissa Benoist, Chyler Leigh, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Emily Bett Rickards, Juliana Harkavy and Katie Cassidy. Shethority is intended to be "a positive place for women and the feminine to inspire, empower, and share."

Returning to The CW for a fourth season, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow stars Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom, Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen, Nick Zano as Nate Heywood/Steel and Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid Flash.
