DC's Legends of Tomorrow enter the wonderful world of the small screen in the synopsis for the upcoming episode, "The One Where We're Trapped on TV," which is directed by series co-creator and former co-showrunnner Marc Guggenheim. Guggenheim previously revealed that he had directed his first episode of Legends for the present season.

The synopsis states that Charlie will perform an unspecified action that "goes against her nature when it comes to her sisters," the wicked Lachesis and Atropos. After she does this, the ex-Fate sends her teammates into different TV shows in an attempt to keep them safe.

BREAKING FREE – After Charlie (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) does the one thing that goes against her nature when it comes to her sisters, she tries to protect the Legends by scattering them in different television shows. Of course, in true Legends style some can’t just be blissfully ignorant and happy but figure out a way to end up messing with the system. Caity Lotz, Jes Macallan, Dominic Purcell, Nick Zano, Tala Ashe, Olivia Swann and Matt Ryan also star. Marc Guggenheim directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & James Eagan (#514).
