After debuting in the series' sophomore season, DC's Legends of Tomorrow quickly saw Vixen become one of the show's full-time leading ladies. The CW caused a bit of a stir, however, when an unveiled Season Three synopsis oddly made no mention of Maisie Richardson-Sellers' character, leading many to wonder how limited her involvement might possibly be moving forward.

It looks like fans can now breathe a collective sigh of relief, as Entertainment Weekly is now reporting that the character will indeed be back, stating, "Fear not, despite not being explicitly mentioned in the logline for season 3, Maisie Richardson-Sellers will be back as a series regular next season."

The news falls in line with prior reports as just last month, Legends co-star Brandon Routh unveiled a poster for the series' upcoming season, featuring himself in his Atom suit standing alongside Richardson-Sellers in her Vixen costume. Season Two also teased how paramount her involvement with the team would be from a story perspective, since her decision to remove herself from her timeline in the 1940s could create potential paradoxical problems. That notion hasn't exactly stopped the ragtag group of time travelers before, though, so it looks to be business as usual when the show returns.
