Fans have come to expect an anything goes mindset from Legends of Tomorrow since its second season, like Elvis Presley unknowingly wielding the Death Totem in his guitar or Helen of Troy appearing in 1937 Hollywood. A new trailer reveals that the series' upcoming fourth season will see the insanity go full force, introducing brand-new misfits for the team to encounter.

The trailer starts off with John Constantine (Matt Ryan) telling White Canary (Caity Lotz) to get ready for a new fight because "the darkness... it's rising," which transitions into shots of what appear to be the Salem witch trials. The trailer then reveals that the team's composition will be changing. There's also fan-favorite Time Bureau Agent Gary Green (Adam Tsekhman) naked and claiming he's an "intern Legend," a fairy godmother and a unicorn shooting a rainbow mist from its horn.

If the trailer is any indication, it looks like Season 4 will be the strangest of the series to date, though given how last season ended with a time demon being beaten by a giant stuffed toy, that's not really saying much.
