SPOILER WARNING: This article contains major spoilers for "Freakshow," the latest episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

Tracy Ifeachor's Kuasa has arrived on DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and she made quite an entrance. At the end of "Freakshow," the latest episode, the Vixen villain appeared to be resurrected just in time to cause a little mayhem for the Legends.

Just before the credits rolled, the episode showed a cloaked figure walking slowly through a forest. The figure stopped at the edge of a lake and knelt before it, chanting words in a different language. As the woman chanted, the water seemed to rise up on its own and took the shape of a human figure. Soon, this watery manifestation solidified and became Kuasa, the villainous sister of Mari McCabe’s Vixen.

"Welcome back, Kuasa," the cloaked figure said, to which Kuasa replied, "Who are you?" The figure responded that she is "a follow of Mallus, and we have work to do."

Mallus is, of course, the overarching villain for Season 3. The show will lead up to "a confrontation with this season’s Big Bad on Legends — the name we’ve only heard whispered until now, Mallus" in episode 10, which executive producer Phil Klemmer says will involve the arrival of Matt Ryan's Constantine.

Since Kuasa is Mari’s sister, that also makes her the granddaughter of Amaya, who remains a main character in Legends Season 3. At Comic-Con International, executive producer Marc Guggenheim confirmed that the two will cross paths at some point this season, saying, “We’re looking forward to the inevitable confrontation between Maisie [Richardson-Sellers]’s character and her granddaughter.”

This is not Kuasa’s first Arrowverse appearance, although it is the first time Ifeachor will play her. The character was Mari’s antagonist in The CW Seed animated series Vixen, where she was voiced by Anika Noni Rose. In the animated series, Kuasa tried to steal the totem back from Mari. However, when push came to shove, she joined Mari’s side and died fighting alongside her. Since Legends deals in time travel, the show has likely plucked her from some point before her death in the timeline, though that is unclear at this time.

Airing Tuesdays at 9 pm EST/PT on The CW, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow stars Victor Garber as Martin Stein, Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary, Franz Drameh as Jefferson “Jax” Jackson/Firestorm, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom, Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen, and Nick Zano as Nate Heywood/Steel.
