According to star Dominick Purcell, better known to DC's Legends of Tomorrow fans a Heatwave, the Waverider is going to continue to be a hotbed of romance and relationships when Season 3 returns. In addition to the unfolding drama between Citizen Steel and Vixen, not to mention White Canary's various hook ups, viewers might see sparks fly between new arrivals Citizen Cold and John Constantine.

That's right - the Leonard Snart from another dimension and the magic-wielding Hellblazer might hook up when the pair meet in Season 3's back-half. Purcell, in a recent interview with Nerdist, says Wentworth Miller and Matt Ryan's characters appear to have a bit of a mutual attraction.

"Well, Trenchcoat [Constantine] has just arrived and I’ve only had one scene with him, and that was last week,” Purcell said. “He was hitting on Wentworth’s character. Isn’t Constantine bisexual? And it was all too much for Rory [Heatwave], so he just kind of walked out.

"Rory watching Citizen Cold and Trenchcoat flirt with one another was like too much for Rory, so he just f****ing got out of there," Purcell added. "That’s what I remember doing. It’s all too much! Too much information! Which makes it really funny. The scene is hysterical. We were all just on the floor laughing, so it’s all done in good fun."

Of course, Citizen Cold is already in a relationship, with his fellow Earth-X Freedom Fighter, the Ray. While we only saw the couple together during this season's massive Arrowverse crossover "Crisis on Earth-X," it appeared as though they were devoted to each other. With that in mind, it's likely the scene described by Purcell is a one-off flirtation rather than the start of a full-blown romantic subplot between the characters.

Constantine first migrated into the Arrowverse in the fourth season of Arrow, helping to restore Sara Lance’s soul after she came back from the dead. He disappeared for a while, with Oliver noting that he was “literally in Hell.” The character’s arrival in Legends is confirmed to take place after Sara’s resurrection, so the pair will likely touch upon their shared past in some manner.

Legends of Tomorrow, returns Monday, February 12 at 8 p.m. where it’ll run through April 9. The series star Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom, Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen, and Nick Zano as Nate Heywood/Steel.
