With Comic-Con International in San Diego just around the corner, Legendary Pictures announced today it will screen footage from its upcoming films "Crimson Peak," "Krampus" and "Warcraft" in a spotlight panel held Saturday, July 11, according to Variety.
Held in Hall H, the panel will be moderated by "Talking Dead" host Chris Hardwick and feature cast members from each film, though no names have been officially confirmed.
Scheduled for release October 16, "Crimson Peak" is a supernatural gothic horror film written and directed by Guillermo del Toro ("Pacific Rim"), and starring del Toro alum Charlie Hunnam alongside Tom Hiddleston, Jessica Chastain and Mia Wasikowska.
From Michael Dougherty, the director of "Trick r' Treat," comes "Krampus," a horror comedy that tells the story of the titular demon who is the antithesis of all things Santa Claus. In German folklore, Krampus punishes naughty children by carting them off to hell. Set for a December 4 release, just in time for the holiday season, "Krampus" stars Allison Tolman, Emjay Anthony, Adam Scott, David Koechner and Stefania Owen.
While it doesn't arrive until June 10, 2016, fans will get their first look at the long-awaited video game adaptation "Warcraft" from director Duncan Jones ("Moon"), based on the wildly popular "World of Warcraft" games. The epic fantasy stars Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell and Rob Kazinsky.
