DC Comics teased the crossovers in mid-February, and Tom King outed himself as the writer of the Batman/Elmer Fudd one-shotjust ahead of when the full slate of one-shots were announced.
Now, King has revealed the first look inside the covers of his and artist Lee Weeks' crossover between the World's Greatest Detective, and the World's Most Incompetent Rabbit Hunter.
To be fair, there's not much to glean from the glimpse from Weeks' art, though it's obvious that the issue will, as the cover art indicated, be more rooted in the semi-realistic realm of the DC Universe than in the cartoony, kid-friendly Looney Tunes reality. And while it may seem like a lopsided battle pitting the generally harmless wannabe hunter against the Dark Knight, something tells us that the one-shot's hunt through the streets of Gotham City will be a little more dangerous than those Elmer has had with Bugs Bunny.
