WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2, Episode 7, "High Planes Grifter," which premiered Thursday, November 4th on NBC.

Law & Order: Organized Crime continues from last week's cliffhanger with Reggie in custody following his botched killing, where he murdered rising political star Teddy Garcia's wife. Sgt. Ayana Bell and Sgt. Bill Brewster tell him they want to cut a deal if he can give them information to arrest people higher up in the KO gang. They say they know about Albi Briscu's deals with the drug runners -- but they want to know the mastermind. They hold up his phone and let him know all the KO phones were tracked by their task force, so they've read every text he's sent.

A text from Albi comes in and Reggie warns them not to mess with Uncle Albi. Brewster shows him all the evidence they have against him and tell him there's a ticking clock for him to give testimony. Bell tries to get him to talk, but he holds steady. He looks down at the floor as someone else walks in. "I'm not gonna talk," he insists. Then Detective Elliot Stabler's voice is heard, the man who Reggie has only known as his friend and gang member, Eddie Wagner: "I'm sorry you feel that way."

Reggie is enraged and lunges at Stabler, hurt and betrayed. But Stabler asks him to sit and talk. Stabler says at least he didn't sell Reggie out like his own family did, setting him up as a patsy on a high-profile political assassination. They wanted him to do the job, but to also get caught. Reggie is so hurt, though, feeling that Stabler destroyed not only his trust but everything he ever had. Stabler pushes his case that Reggie's family is only in the business of rape and letting Reggie suffer alone. Stabler asks him who Reggie thinks killed his father and injured his mother's brain, digging at truths Reggie's always known. Stabler tells him he meant it when he said he got his back before -- and he still has it know, but Reggie must talk.

Eddie Wagner's kid, meanwhile, is in custody and Stabler says it's for his own protection. Jet "Sloot" Slootmaekers shows Stabler the conversation she's been having with Albi as Reggie on his phone, and Stabler tells her to text "no anchovies" to keep him thinking he's actually talking to Reggie. Stabler says Reggie's close to talking and there's just one more card to play -- his mom, Agnes. The scene cuts to show Agnes coming in for a flu shot, where Sgt. Bell is waiting to talk to her.

Kosta, the leader of the Albanians, and Albi discuss Reggie, saying they kind of trust his messages but they don't trust him not to make another stupid mistake. They wonder at where he is and say they want to bring in Eddie Wagner to talk. However, Stabler is testifying about his six-month undercover operation as Eddie Wagner and part of the KO gang, detailing all the crimes he personally witnessed, from sex trafficking to drug trafficking, to murder. He says the Kosta Organization has cut a deal directly with the source in Colombia, controlling their entire supply chain. He says they're the most dangerous criminal organization ever in New York. The purpose of this grand jury is to empower Bell and her team to indict the KO gang.

Bell brings in Agnes to see her son, Reggie, and she uncuffs him so the two can hug (even as Mama Agnes gives her stupid son a mother's slap) and have some time alone. Reggie says nobody did this to him, though -- he did this to himself. Meanwhile, Stabler continues to be deposed on his undercover stint, when he gets interrupted because Albi texted, looking for Eddie. He has to go back undercover. He also learns that Eddie Wagner's son has been safely set up to go to Florida with a $10K spending bonus. Stabler later sees him off, happy to think he's safe.

Bell and Brewster tell Agnes that Reggie needs to help get himself out of a likely life sentence by testifying against the family this afternoon. Reggie is worried about who would take care of his mom if he goes to jail as Brewster says they will put the both of them in Witness Protection, away from the KO.

Stabler (as Eddie Wagner) shows up at Albi's gym and asks about where Reggie's been. He meets Flutura, Albi's wife, who seems to know why he's being summoned. Kosta asks Eddie where he's been and he says he was working on another small job and that he hasn't seen Reggie in a while. Kosta asks who this other job was for and Stabler says "Maldonado," the name of another detective. Kosta has Stabler call him, and Maldonado picks up, addressing him as "Eddie."

It's good enough for Kosta and he and Albi let Eddie know Reggie's probably in hiding after a job gone bad the night before. They ask Eddie to try and find him. Stabler asks Albi if they want him to bring Reggie anywhere safe and Albi replies coldly that they don't care what Eddie does with the body, just bring a few fingers back so they know he's really dead.

Stabler recorded that whole conversation, though, and he plays it for Reggie, so now Reggie knows the family wants him dead. Reggie is distraught and asks for his mom back. She comes in and recognizes Stabler as Eddie, clearly surprised. He tells her he spoke to her brother Albi -- and that Albi ordered her son dead. Reggie breaks down and says he has no choice but to testify, otherwise he won't be around to take care of her anymore. But he asks her what she wants him to do and she whispers to him. Stabler says they can take his mother's statement in private and Reggie agrees. He is then seen testifying, saying you're born into the KO and have no choice on joining -- or leaving. He answers questions on orders he's received while Agnes is interviewed in private, with the stenographer seeming especially disinterested.

The jury, meanwhile, has deduced that Reggie's orders come from Albi, not Kosta, which makes them hesitant. In her interview, Agnes becomes sick and fakes throwing up. The interviewer leaves and Agnes scribbles a note and passes it to the stenographer: "Interested in $50K to make your troubles go away?" At the same time, Bell learns that Brewster has been promoted to Lieutenant and will now be her boss. Bell is not happy. The stenographer then goes to Albi's gym with a private message from Agnes. And now Albi and Kosta know: "Reggie has broken the family trust -- they are coming." The stenographer confirms he was at a grand jury court, testifying. Kosta thanks her and Albi gives her $55,000 -- then shoots her in the back.

Bell meets with Nova, one of Brewster's cops who's been working undercover with the Marcy Killers. She questions her about her meeting with Congressman Kilbride last week, who's been established to have some shady ties. Bell confides in Nova about her wife's case against the NYPD and her own suspicions about Kilbride. The two come to a truce to protect each others' secrets.

Stabler interrogates Edmond Ross in custody and he gives up information on Kosta and his encounters with rich, vulnerable men in his black book, that he would ply with sex-trafficked girls in exchange for favors. Bell and Stabler continue their testimony to sway the jury, then return to the prison to find Ross dead, hung in his cell, in an apparent suicide that's not really a suicide, having all the makings of the Organized Crime take on Jeffrey Epstein.

The grand jury says they've taken into account Ross's death and they are unanimous in allowing indictments against Kosta, Albi Briscu and seventeen more members of the KO.  Reggie looks down from his hotel room to see twenty cop cars protecting them -- he has no idea his own mother's sold him out. He tells her he's sorry he made her break the family trust and she croaks back menacingly "I didn't." Reggie knows he's in trouble and even his own mother has sold him out.

Police swarm the KO's regular diner and bar, arresting members of the gang left and right. More arrive at Kosta's house and the Briscus' house. Kosta's on the run, though, Flutura and Albi are long gone, thanks to Agnes' heads up. Stabler and Bell think they've tracked down Albi and they arrive at a building - instead, though, Eddie Wagner's real kid that they thought had been sent to safety walks out. And then the building behind him explodes.
