In a new clip from Netflix's The Last Mercenary, Jean-Claude Van Damme makes an entrance that's sure to put a smile on the face of anyone who loves classic '80s and '90s action movies.

The "Muscles from Brussels" is known for three things: his ability to elevate any fight scene with his impressive physicality, his impeccable dancing ability, and most importantly of all, his ability to do splits so wide that they'll have you questioning everything you know about human anatomy. JCVD showcases two of those three traits in this scene from The Last Mercenary, a new action-comedy by writer and director David Charhon, who is well known to French audiences for his off-beat comedies. Van Damme, who is 60-years old, enters the movie with one of his trademark splits and then proceeds to demonstrate that the Street Fighter and Timecop star can still pull-off a tightly choreographed fight scene. The film also stars French comedian Eric Judor and veteran actor Miou-Miou.

A full trailer was previously released in June that showcases more of the action from the movie, as well as some of the trademark Van Damme dancing.

In The Last Mercenary, Van Damme portrays Mist, a legendary secret agent who is able to handle even the toughest missions with just a smug smirk. After disappearing for more than 20 years, Mist returns to France to help his estranged son, who has been blamed for a crime he didn't commit. Mist now has to fight his way through Paris, dealing with mafia assassins and inept bureaucrats, while he figures out how to reconnect with the son he's never met.

The Last Mercenary will premiere exclusively on Netflix on July 30.
