He worked well with his teammate, Karui, and executed attacks without communicating.

Some of Omoi's strongest attributes were his ability to adapt to any combat situation. He easily defeated several Iwagakure ninja while on a mission with A and B without using Tailed-Beast Mode. He managed to keep the Eight-Tails contained for several years before his death-by-fuinjutsu. After being reincarnated, Blue B also matched Killer B's Lightning Lariat in speed and power.

Chino was a kunoichi from the Chinoike clan, a group with a kekkei genkai that allowed them to manipulate liquids with high iron content. The clan became extinct following a civil war, leaving Chino and her father as its last surviving members. Chino joined the Lightning Group, a band of bloodthirsty vigilantes, in an effort to take revenge on the Hidden Villages.

Even as a child, Chino's combat abilities were honed to a deadly point. During her first match at the Coliseum, she defeated the Coliseum's champion, Fushin, without effort. Her sensory skills were comparable to Karin Uzumaki, she utilized Water Release with great proficiency, and could create Shadow Clones. Her kekkei genkai, Ketsuryugan, allowed her to trap her targets in illusions similar to the Sharingan and manipulate high iron liquids: it allowed her to contend with Sasuke Uchiha for some time.

Ginkaku was the latter half of the pair named the "Gold and Silver Brothers." He gained notoriety alongside his brother, quickly becoming the Land of Lightning's most prodigious active criminals in history. As descendants of the Sage of Six Paths, the pair could wield the Sage's five Treasured Tools.

Ginkaku garnered most of his power by consuming the Nine-Tails flesh after being eaten by the beast. This afforded him a partial Tailed-Beast transformation, allowing Ginkaku alone to be considered a threat against thousands of shinobi in the Shinobi Alliance. Ginkaku was especially skilled in kenjutsu, battling easily with Darui despite the latter's specialty training.

Kinkaku is the former half of Kumogakure's "Gold and Silver Brothers." After also surviving consumption by the Nine-Tails, Kinkaku gained the Nine-Tails' power after eating its stomach lining. He helped stage a coup d'etat against Konohagakure and, in a decisive blow, murdered Tobirama Senju, Konoha's Second Hokage.

Kinkaku was slightly smarter than his brother, Ginkaku; this resulted in Ginkaku being sealed inside the Benihisago by Darui during the Fourth Ninja War. As a result, Kinkaku released his Tailed-Beast Mode out of pure rage, evading an onslaught of multiple Elemental Release jutsu while defeating several enemy shinobi in a single blow.

After being trained under the Third Raikage, Darui mastered Black Lightning Release and became a bodyguard to the nation's leader. He was charged with leading the Shinobi Alliance's First Division due to his aptitude for planning and mid-range combat.

Despite this specialty, Darui also excelled in combat at short and long range. He was a kenjutsu master, capably dismembering the Gold and Silver Brothers. He proficiently wielded three Elemental Release forms, mastered Storm Release, and could use Lightning Release: Black Panther to defeat multiple enemies at a distance.

Reanimated Yugito Vs Naruto & Killer B

Yugito Nii was a Kumogakure jonin and the Two-Tails jinchuriki. She mastered the Tailed-Beast Transformation while she was a child to become Kumogakure's single strongest kunoichi. As a result, she earned Killer B's respect despite being his junior.

Though she was defeated by the Akatsuki, Yugito managed to entrap two of its members in a sealed room before assaulting them. Her mastery of Fire Release allowed her to shoot burning, multiplying mice and a single fireball could reduce a building to cinders. Her long claws lent themselves to close range combat, while her transformation accessed the Two-Tails' power.

3 A Became The World's Fastest Shinobi Following Minato Namikaze's Death

Sasuke vs the Raikage

A became Kumogakure's Fourth Raikage following his father's death. Alongside Killer B, A formed Kumogakure's signature tag-team and developed the Lightning Release: Double Lariat: this technique proved powerful enough to behead Kisame Hoshigake. A constantly fought Minato during the pair's lifetimes, each vying for the title of "World's Fastest Shinobi."

Following Minato's death, A earned the title due to his advanced Lightning Release. His style combined Ninjutsu and Taijutsu into one mode, capably enabling him to break Sasuke UChiha's Susanoo and withstand cutting off his own arm. A's movements were fast enough that the Sharingan couldn't track them and his raw strength was ranked just below Tsunade, a kunoichi considered the strongest in the world.

Killer B became the Eight-Tails jinchuriki following Blue B's death. Unlike other jinchuriki, Killer B was able to befriend his Tailed-Beast and therefore hone all of its power. Due to his abilities, the Fourth Raikage openly admitted that Killer B had more talent than him.

Killer B earned his name by proving his proficiency in several combat styles. He excelled in kenjutsu, inventing the Seven Sword Method to defeat the Taka. His chakra was strong enough to force Samehada to betray Kisame, then allowed Killer B to defeat both Kisame and the Fourth Raikage. While in Tailed Beast Mode, B prevented the Shinobi Alliance's destruction by contending with two Tailed-Beasts at once.

1 The Third Raikage Is Widely Recognized As The Strongest Shinobi Kumogakure Ever Produced

The Third Raikage was widely regarded as the Kumogakure's greatest Kage. He could capably battle an army of ten thousand ninja on his own and forced the Eight-Tails to recognize his strength after personally overpowering it. The Third Raikage also developed Black Lightning and a technique similar to Kakashi's Chidori.

This ninjutsu, named Hell Stab, allowed the Third Raikage to focus chakra into his fingertips. The One-Fingered Spear Hand focused all his chakra into a single finger to produce a deadly sharpness: when combined with Lightning Release Chakra, the Third Raikage's attack was as fast as it was deadly. He was so resilient that he could fight non-stop for days and the only attack that could actually damage him was his own.
