Marvel Studios has released a Korean trailer for Eternals that shows off more of actor Don Lee as Gilgamesh, the titular team's powerhouse fighter.

Released on YouTube by MarvelKorea, the Korean teaser for Eternals features a number of scenes from other trailers. However, there's an increased emphasis on Lee's performance as Gilgamesh. The footage shows Gilgamesh taking down a Deviant outside the walls of a city, presumably Babylon.

Created by Jack Kirby and Mike Royer, Gilgamesh first appeared in 1977's Eternals #13.  Gilgamesh possesses incredible super-strength and other related abilities. As a result of his insistence on interfering on behalf of humans, Gilgamesh was eventually locked up in the Eternals' city, Olympia. After that, he became known as The Forgotten One. Eventually, so as to help the Eternals against the Deviants, Sprite freed Gilgamesh.

Taking place after the events of 2019's Avengers: Endgame, Eternals follows the titular immortal group, who were brought to Earth by their creators, the Celestials, to protect humanity against the Deviants. Despite having been on Earth for millennia, the Eternals were forbidden from interfering in human affairs unless they directly involved the Deviants. After the return of half the universe, an event called "The Emergence" began, and the Eternals only have seven days to stop the potentially cataclysmic event. This requires the Eternals to reunite after having been separated for centuries.

Also known as Ma Dong-seok, Don Lee is a South Korean actor known for his roles in such projects as 2012's The Neighbor and 2016's Train to Busan. The latter role helped to cement Lee's popularity as an actor internationally. Reports of Lee's casting in Eternals started surfacing in April 2019. Marvel Studios confirmed then confirmed the actor's casting as Gilgamesh later that year at Comic-Con International in San Diego. Like many of his co-stars, Eternals represents Lee's Marvel Cinematic Universe debut.

Originally, Eternals was set to premiere on Nov. 6, 2020. However, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the release date shifted from Feb. 12, 2021, to its current date of Nov. 5. Directed by Chloé Zhao, the film also features performances from Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo and Kit Harington as Dane Whitman, among others.
