Kirkman & Kurtz Lead Image at Emerald City ComiCon

BERKELEY, CA -- 31 JANUARY, 2005 -- Image Comics will have a heavyweight presence in Seattle for the third annual Emerald City Comic Convention the weekend of February 5, with severalpopular creators on hand for the two day event.

Setting up in the Image booth will be popular creators Robert Kirkman (THEWALKING DEAD, INVINCIBLE, SAVAGE DRAGON: GOD WAR, SUPERPATRIOT: WAR ONTERROR) and Scott Kurtz (PVP). Also on hand at the booth will be ImageExecutive Director Eric Stephenson (editor of the upcoming FOUR LETTERWORLDS anthology), Marketing Coordinator B. Clay Moore (HAWAIIAN DICK,BATTLE HYMN, THE EXPATRIATE), and Ovi Nedelcu (PIGTALE). Other Imagecreators attending the show include Jay Faerber (NOBLE CAUSES, FIREBIRDS)Chris Giarusso (G-MAN) and Jim DiBartolo (THE DROWNED). Top Cow Productionswill also be exhibiting at Emerald City.

Image will be previewing a number of new books at the show, giving congoers afirst look at upcoming titles as well as a chance to hobnob with creators.In addition, FOUR LETTER WORLDS contributors Steve Rolston, Jeff Parker,Steve Lieber will be setting up at the show.

The Image Comics and Top Cow Productions booths will be in the front of row500, located in the exhibitor's area.
