Last night during the premiere of "Gotham," Fox unveiled the action-packed new trailer for "Kingsman: The Secret Service," director Matthew Vaughn's adaptation of the comic by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons.

The scene of Colin Firth coolly taking at a group of toughs in a pub would certainly be enough to qualify as "action-packed," but the footage also includes a car chase, explosions, a dorm filling with water, and a deadly young woman with swords for legs. There's all of that, plus Samuel L. Jackson chewing scenery as the film's main villain.

Opening Feb. 13, "Kingsman" also stars Taron Egerton, Michael Caine, Sofia Boutella, Mark Strong and Mark Hamill.

Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn ("Kick Ass," "X-Men: First Class"), "Kingsman: The Secret Service" tells a story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined, but promising street kid into the agency's ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.
