Although there are many times Killua acted like a villain, he's shown time and again that he has troubles revealing his inner emotions and struggles with other people, especially Gon. Having lived in a toxic household and endured many injuries from his harsh assassin training, Killua holds much weight on his shoulders that often leave him feeling distant.
An example includes how unaware Gon was toward Killua's feelings about his pursuit of Neferpitou, which eventually led to Gon's hospitalization. Killua's been through a lot of stress, and with the Dragon Balls, he'd wish to become someone that can share his heartbreak with others.
9 He Would Wish That He Didn't Have To Endure The Torture His Family's Training Put Him Through
Although there are many things fans don't know about the Zoldyck family, they do get a glimpse of the amount of abuse and suffering they caused Killua. During his childhood, Killua went through intense training regimes that consisted of reaching the 200th floor in Heaven's Arena, got a needle implanted into his head, and couldn't get the chance to make friends.
Even at his current age, Killua endured several beatdowns and whippings by some of his family's hands and lived a life filled with fear and murder. Although meeting Gon and the others helped Killua change as a human being, he'd use the Dragon Balls to transform his cruel family into more kind-hearted individuals.
8 He Would Wish That He Didn't Have To Repeat The Hunter Exams
The Hunter Exams arc was a great starting point for many characters in the Hunter X Hunter series. However, many Hunter X Hunter characters deserved to pass the exams, including Killua. Although Killua does pass the exams the second time, many would argue that Killua should've succeeded in the exams alongside Gon, Killua, and Leorio.
Although Killua's disqualification occurred because he murdered Leorio's opponent, his confrontation with Illumi may have influenced Killua to commit the action. Regardless, Killua would wish that he passed the Hunter Exams alongside his comrades.
7 He Would Wish That He Could Think About Himself More Often Than He Does With His Friends
Despite gaining wisdom, happiness, and friendships thanks to Gon and others, Killua has put others' lives first instead of his own on multiple occasions. Although these instances may have convinced others why Killua is a great hero in Hunter X Hunter, the sacrifices he makes for his friends sometimes leave him in danger.
For instance, Killua fights Rammot without Gon and Palm's help because he wishes to protect them. Although Killua managed to defeat Rammot after pulling Illumi's needle out of his skull, there was a chance Killua could've failed. Killua's lack of self-care would be something he would ask the Dragon to fix if he got his hands on the Dragon Balls.
6 He Would Wish That He & His Older Brother Illumi Had A Better Brotherly Relationship
Killua and Illumi's relationship is far from one of the best siblings relationships in anime because of the bad blood both characters have for the other. Despite everything Killua tried to do to impress his family during his assassin training days, they ordered Illumi to implement a needle into his skull because they feared Killua wouldn't meet expectations.
Not only that, but Illumi's harsh words to Killua linger on in his head for a majority of the anime in hopes of installing fear into his brother's mind. Considering that Killua eventually learns what harmonious brotherhood feels like thanks to Gon, he'd wish for Illumi to change.
5 He Would Wish To No Longer Have A Gambling Addiction
On top of Killua's murderous rampage tendencies, there are other poor decisions Killua took in Hunter X Hunter because of his bad habits. One of these habits being Killua's gambling addiction which almost cost him his life during the Greed Island arc.
In Greed Island, Killua encounters a slot machine and tries his hand at winning a stellar prize. However, Killua goes as far as to gamble his own life away to get more swings at winning this delightful item. For his and his friend's concerns, he'd probably wish he no longer was addicted to the slots.
4 He Would Wish That The Chimera Ants Never Existed
Many fans argue that Hunter X Hunter's best arc is the Chimera Ant arc because of its depth, despair, and heart-breaking character moments. Although fans enjoyed the interactions and events in the Chimera Ant arc, Killua would wish for it to have never occurred with the Dragon Balls.
Although Killua gained immense abilities and performed well against some of the enemies in the arc, Gon's potential death was something that devastated him on many levels. To avoid Gon from risking his life to pummel Neferpitou to a pulp, Killua would wish that these monstrous creatures never existed.
3 He Would Wish That They Could've Gotten A Greed Island Without Having To Enter An Auction
Gon not getting a chance to meet Ging in the Greed Island arc isn't the only shortcoming he and Killua endured. Before Gon and Killua enter Greed Island, they have a dilemma regarding getting their hands on the game itself.
Raising funds to bid at an auction also leaves them empty-handed as a billionaire named Battera wins the game with his impressive bid. Although they eventually get their chance to enter Greed Island through many trials, Killua would wish he'd survived Greed Island without hopping over through various hurdles.
2 He Would Wish That Alluka/Nanika Didn't Have Their Powers Anymore
With the thought of Gon in his head, Alluka became the saving grace Killua needed to save his friend's life. However, Killua was to wish for the Chimera Ants to have never existed; he'd do the same with Alluka's powers considering his bond with them.
Alluka's powers, though extraordinary, can lead to many casualties on a wide margin if the person doesn't fulfill Alluka's requests. It's a deadly power that leaves the person with a lot to lose. To rid Alluka of Nanika's power, Killua would wish for Alluka to be a normal, nen-less human being.
1 He Would Wish To Become A Better Assassin To Protect His Friends, Especially Gon
Although Killua lived a life forced upon him, he'd choose to continue his assassin path if it means he can protect those close to him. Despite Killua not having a child-friendly history and relationship with some family members, he has pulled off intriguing feats thanks to the harsh training he endured from his relatives.
Yet, during the Chimera Ant arc, even with his boost in strength and ability, Killua couldn't save his friend. Gon's sacrifice is something that's probably still indebted into Killua's mind despite Gon slightly recovering thanks to Alluka and Nanika. To avoid future tragedy, Killua would wish to become a stronger Assassin who can protect his friends from doom.
