WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Season 3 finale of Killing Eve, "Are You Leading or Am I?"

Killing Eve loves keeping it secrets close and leaving fans guessing about the series' mysteries. Season 3 is no different, with Kenny's death placing Eve (Sandra Oh), his mom Carolyn (Fiona Shaw), Villanelle (Jodie Comer) and Konstantin (Kim Bodnia) on a collision course, as MI6 and the Twelve seem to have a lot more double agents in common.

With that in mind and so many people covering their tracks, let's look at the bigger questions this season has left unanswered and how they could affect the future stories with this web of intriguing characters.

WHAT'S THE TRUTH ABOUT KENNY?

Konstantin reveals he met Kenny on the roof of Bitter Pill to convince him to stop investigating the Twelve. He spooked the young lad, who tripped and fell off the roof, apparently. However, Konstantin killing Kenny would have helped keep the siphoning of money from the Twelve a secret.

Carolyn seems to buy into the story temporarily, but Eve and Villanelle are more suspicious. The series' creative team has warned viewers repeatedly in the past never to believe Konstantin's lies, and the way how he was relieved after and ran off, you can tell there's more to that incident-turned-accident. Carolyn uses it as an excuse to kill her boss, Paul, but you can tell she wants the truth from Konstantin someday, all because he's not just the man she once loved; he may be Kenny's dad.

WHAT'S IN THE RUSSIAN DOLL?

Villanelle sends Eve to steal a Russian doll from Konstantin, and he escapes with it when fleeing Carolyn's wrath. He's adamant it is a barcode that allows him to redeem his life's savings but many fans believe it's something more. Seeing as he was playing both MI6 and the Twelve, it could be secrets from both agencies.

He's clutching and cradling it like a baby, and the fact he lies and says it's for his imprisoned psychopathic daughter, Irina, clues us in as to it being something way more than just money to start a new life. Konstantin is a smart man, and given his shifty nature plus how much the show's about sensitive intel, it'd be great for Carolyn's team to scan and unlock the Russian doll's contents, as he's also been gathering data for other governments too.

WHO STOLE THE TWELVE'S MONEY?

As much as we do think Konstantin stole the Twelve's money, there's no concrete evidence. Carolyn's team knows there's reasonable doubt on his side, but she stupidly shot Paul in the head when he could have had all the answers regarding his comrade. Eve yelled at her for this, because she knew Paul was the key to unlocking a lot more of the terrorist mystery, but Carolyn acted emotionally and rashly.

Thus, theorists are still trying to figure out who was stealing the money as Konstantin's a bit too obvious and was really sloppy in covering his tracks. The way the new Keeper, Hélène, is cleaning up the mess, it could have been her, and other speculation pegs Dasha, who was trying to escape the Twelve to start a new life in Russia with her son. Hopefully Season 4 clears it up as it'll also give closure to Kenny's arc.

IS DASHA REALLY DEAD?

Dasha flatlines when Konstantin leaves her at the Aberdeen hospital, but Killing Eve is famous for fakeouts. Season 3 had so many of them with her, Carolyn and Konstantin, and in the past finales, it happened with Eve and Villanelle. One has to think if such a big villain were to die, we'd see it confirmed on-screen, especially as she tried to murder Niko.

Dasha could have been revived by doctors and later on, she may come hunting Eve and Villanelle for putting her there in the first place. This just seems like the easy way out, and Dasha's too much of a fighter for us to not see the life leaving her eyes. Plus, keeping her around will make for an intriguing exchange, with so many people still out for her. It's also the perfect cover to escape the Twelve's employment.

HAVE THE LADIES TURNED THE CORNER?

The final scene finds Eve and Villanelle admitting their sins. Now, they want to be better women and forget the past, from dead romances to the war on terror they've been engulfed in. They try to walk away from each other but can't, so many think this is the start of their relationship after they kissed a few episodes ago.

However, both admit that they bring out the monster in each other, which has us wondering if they're in it for the demented thrill and excitement. Eve was a bored housewife who needed to spice up her life, while Villanelle wanted true companionship and family -- ergo why she killed her wicked mother. So it seems both are using each other as crutches when they could also double as enablers.

It remains to be seen if they'll just be excuses if/when they break down but right now, it's hard to see two dysfunctional women being healed in other's presences so quickly. Villanelle loves murder and Eve loves drama which is never a good combo for people in the spy game struggling to pick a side.

Starring Sandra Oh, Jodie Comer, Fiona Shaw, Kim Bodnia, Harriet Walter, Danny Sapani, Gemma Whelan and Steve Pemberton, the third season of Killing Eve airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC and BBC America.
