If you've ever wondered what it's like to date KFC's mascot, Colonel Sanders, then you're in luck! The fast-food restaurant announced that it's working on a videogame with developer Psyop, giving players the opportunity to romance Colonel Sanders himself.
Announced this morning on Steam's website with a "Coming Soon" label, I Love You Colonel Sanders! A Finger Lickin' Good Dating Simulator allows a player to assume the role of a culinary student with an eye for the Colonel.
KFC appears to be having fun with the idea, posting some tongue in cheek humor about it in the Steam description, which reads: "I Love You, Colonel Sanders! A Finger Lickin’ Good Dating Simulator follows you, a promising culinary student, as you try to date your classmate, Colonel Sanders. Throughout your journey, you’ll be faced with life-changing decisions that will affect your chances of friendship and love. But be careful! Your choices have real consequences with real animated characters’ feelings at stake."
There will also be nine characters, multiple hours of playtime, a secret ending, recipes, cooking battles and actual battles featured in the game. I Love You Colonel Sanders! A Finger Lickin' Good Dating Simulator will be available on Sept. 24.
