EW.com has announced that Kevin Smith is attached once more to a Green Hornet project, this time as the writer for Dynamite Entertainment's comic book relaunch of the character.

Smith is on board to write a mini series for the "Green Hornet" relaunch, and will be basing his storyline on the script he wrote when he was attached to the movie version of the character several years back. No artist has been named as of yet, but Alex Ross, John Cassaday, Jae Lee and David Finch are lined up to provide covers.

Smith is also reportedly returning to Batman again, with the 12 issue series, "The Widening Gyre," set to be released in August as two 6-issue runs with a several month gap between them. Additionally, Smith will be writing a bi-monthly series at the same time, featuring a character created specifically for DC and introduced in "The Widening Gyre."
