Kevin Smith is producing a reality series for AMC set in his Red Bank, New Jersey, store The Secret Stash.

Described as "Pawn Stars for fanboys," the show will revolve around the two guys who operate the shop. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Smith will serve as executive producer.

Word of the series broke at IGN.com, which spotted the casting call on Facebook for "real people who live and breath the comic book lifestyle." Producers are also looking for people in the area "with cool, unique, rare, or otherwise awesome comic book/movie memorabilia" to bring to the store to sell, trade or have valued.

AMC recently announced a planned return to unscripted programming, or "docu-stories" as the cable channel prefers, with Inside the DHS, set in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and The Pitch, which follows ad agencies as they create marketing campaigns for clients. The network's first reality show, the short-lived Film Fakers, debuted in 2004.
